For best results, start by exfoliating skin with the SELF Exfoliating Glove. Once skin is clean and dry, apply onto hands or the SELF Tanning Mitt and spread evenly in long, sweeping motions. For the perfect, streak free tan start with your legs and work up the body, use sparingly on elbows and knees before finishing with the SELF Back Applicator. Wash hands immediately after use and allow to dry before dressing. Apply daily to build your desired glow and hydration levels.
